UHe asked a genuine question, we can pay the amount and get rid of the hassle but my blood boils to give a single penny to these corrupt cops. We really need to know what to do in such situations. There are 100s of illegal activities go on in the city but they can’t dare to stop those, they call only harass law abiding citizens by catching petty crimes (i don’t see kissing with partner in car even a crime)UWe are not getting much information from our lawyer, we don’t know law but we have many questions.
As far as i understand, Legally, my brother is owner of the house, but plot was purchased by dad when brother was 7 years old.
I have two questions,
Can my brother give up his ownership of property without consent from his wife and his kids (though his kids are minor as of now)??
Does his wife have right to claim stakes in my brother’s inherited property??UI have lost hope in judiciary, police and society, we have to live like insects, anyone can crush us under their boots.UYour mother will be bit relaxed when your father is not around, gather all evidences in silence, give it to father when its right time, then he will be able to expose her, let him take further call. your father, you and your sister don’t deserve such a woman in your life,
