UThank you for the reply any of the above remedies will be very helpful for my mother also I will try to discuss possible legal options with my mother.

UFirst of all thank you for your reply and here are the answers for your questions…1. MIL’s age is arround 78 years
2. Yes my father does contribute financially to the family it’s just that he moved back to his parents house before my birth also many of the basic necessities are fulfilled by my mother.My grandfather also contributes to the family alot.
3. No my mother is not employed and is a housewife. Basic expenses of the home are run by both my grandfather and father and some of my personal basic needs are fulfilled by my mother with money she receives from my nana and nani.
4. My mother has been married for 26 years and soon to be 27 years.
5. No official complaints has been files before by us it’s just my mother talking with the neighbours my father and my nana and nani.
Once again thankyou for the reply and I will encourage my mother to seek legal advice.
