Doctors can figure out the normal well being and growth of features inside the womb including vital signs BUT…..

Are you sure there was no injury to the mother? any toxicity? If the regular reports suggest no abnormality in the vital signs of the fetus, it’s hard to frame the doctor for this.

– DOCTOR DID NOT DELAY THE PROCEDURE, Normal gestation period is 9 months, you cannot operate before the delivery date and it could be after bihu festival

i’m not a legal expert but a healthcare professional. My take is , it’s a normal stillborn/unfortunate death.
