Hey quick doubt as i’m going to be stepping into similar situation as well.
1. In Ombudsman, do they cross verify the data you/ lawyer presents ie. do they put case on hold until they verify all details. Or is it like alloted 2 hours time for case hearing in which there is a FINAL verdict by the end of it?
2. Was it just you, the lawyer and judge?
3. Now that you’ve cleared it, any advice/ loopholes that can make claim much stronger

Wanted to know how long drawn and intricacies of the whole process.
