They’re now playing the blame game and it feels like I’m talking to robots and not humans when I talk to the customer care because they’ve the same script and just don’t seem to understand

January 17, 2025 at 11:40 amSame thing is happening with me as well, they’ve stopped responding. Whenever I comment on their posts on social media, they simply ask for order ID and don’t respond. They arent picking my calls or replying to my messages and by the looks of it, I think they’re intentionally sending wrong orders to make money. I urge everybody to help me -
