I genuinely hope you don’t get the visa… please learn to respect sensitive and important issues prior to visiting a country and the most important thing is to respect the territorial integrity and boundaries of a country… it is the territory of Jammu and Kashmir not Indian occupied Kashmir…

I don’t think there is a time requirement… but again I am not a lawyer… If I were you I would hire an immigration attorney to get a better idea… there maybe increased scrutiny because the applicant is Bangladeshi but the time limit should be standard as other nationalities…

The exception to this rule is oci through marriage… if she marries you she will be eligible despite being of Bangladeshi origin…

Oman and Kuwait specifically require a court case in their respective courts before extradition is granted and will only grant extradition if proven guilty… fyi Nirav Modi was in Dubai, UAE and he faced no extradition

Most NRI’s actually live in gulf which is Arabic speaking… and the above countries in my opinion are not too bad… a decent lifestyle is possible in either of them

Extradition only if proven guilty not otherwise… and what if you are in a country like Panama that specifically states that foreign court judgements will not be valid and that for extradition a case must be made there then?

If you read my previous reply I specifically mentioned getting a foreign passport before getting married just for security reasons

For upper/ upper middle class and even middle class: leave the country for a western nation… getting its citizenship and becoming a passport brother (individuals that go to other countries for dating or relationships)
For lower middle class and lower class: avoid everything and concentrating on making money to leave the country… literally anywhere is better than India even the gulf…
