      Just make an affidavit stating the sale of house and that you are the genuine person who had applied for the passport and submit that to the post office

There are special benches that are constituted for disposal of cases in an amicable manner your challan amount will be reduced by them and you can pay the challan amount there

            Yes brother only your friend’s name will be deleted from the FIR all other persons will remain in the FIR

              You can file for quashing of FIR in the High Court. The High Court will quash the FIR after recording your statements.
