Hey thank you for the reply. I want my friend to get out of this. Why would i want my friend to be with guy who couldn’t stand for her before the wedding. I have tried convincing her But he says he will take divorce and my friend is ready to wait. I want to know legally how difficult it is going to be. My friend has been through a lot and I really don’t want her to wait and suffer more. I personally haven’t seen cases of mutual or non mutual divorce and how long it takes. So I wanted to know.

I have tried telling her this. It is so complicated. I am here to know if the divorce is going to take so long i can atleast tell my friend see this is what you are getting into. Be prepared to wait.

I agree with you. That innocent wife is going to suffer. His parents are pure evil. I can’t even look at my friend She has been so devastated. Rather he too is. Do you have any legal advice for the situation?
