The case will not fly. If what you said , was true, then her claim is bogus.

Having said that, it is dignified not to respond cuss with another cuss, and that too, in a cross gender context. Somebody has raised those alright who can appreciate this gender sensitivity.

If it’s love marriage, you need to talk to him privately. If this is arranged marriage, talk with own family on how to proceed without undermining own wish. If you are working, put your wish strongly, if not, it’s a tricky case.( thats why every women must be financially self sufficient, again sorry for coming so bluntly)

Hmmm.. he was in love, right? How does age matter?

Currently, he is in pickle. There is minimum chance that he wud be out of that pickle soon, if he is not rich enough to buy his way out. Contact a lawyer.

Return. In a related note, this issue is simple assuming one is taught rightly during childhood. Does not require 20 years or being adult or getting knowledge from strangers to understand this.
