– when you make payment, there is a number called ARN(acquirer reference number) which some people mistakenly call RRN. This is the same number you have in screenshot. This flows to payment gateway, and the same number is with the merchant as well.

While ombudsman is best bet; I’m trying to figure out the payment gateway used. You can check many details on their platform as well.

January 27, 2025 at 11:52 amIf paid using a card, raise a chargeback request. Ensure you add details of both transactions in single request.Most likely they won’t fight. Even if they want, the restaurant wouldn’t be able to provide 2 different invoices with same price anyway.
