Also I’ve read, for them to reject visa you have to be proven guilty by court and shouldn’t have completed serving the period.

No if the guy files some case against me. ( I know they don’t and they can’t, they have police come to Colive office multiple times as they missed and didnt return deposits back for 100’s of people ) but still I’ll have my visa interview in 4 months that’s why I’m a bit scared :(.

Cibil is fine ik they can’t effect, I’m just scared for visa.
Can they effect during my visa interview.
