February 25, 2025 at 7:43 amAlso the justice system is horrible in india. If you didnt suffer any major injuries or traumas from this incident, then I would recommend just moving on. A court case lasts a long time and lots of resources. Since you mentioned they were from a posh area they probably have the connections and the money to get make this case dissappear.UUser_14fa6641

February 25, 2025 at 7:40 amWhy did they randomly attack you, it is very surprising that they wouldn’t have any motive and would just attack you out of nowhere.Also police are compelled to register an FIR, if they refuse to do so you can write a letter to the superintendent that the police are not registering the FIR.
However you might be better off filing a complaint with the judicial magistrate with the details of what happened to you. You need to visit the court for that.
Make sure you document as many things as you can, and also if you can get a copy of the CCTV footage and if possible get corroborations from any eye witnesses regarding the abuse.
