Had you tried read the comments made prior to yours, you’d know that she did get the correct legal advice and there’s barely any victim blaming.

The downvoters don’t realise that you have a valid point. In the name of any religion people create nuisance that violates our basic rights as citizens. They get away with it under the garb of Article 25. This is the bigger issue that needs to be addressed, before OPs issue can be. Else there’s nothing we can do about it.
