I don’t understand why a boy should go to the jail if both the girl and boy were involved and it was agreed. And why should society have any problem with it.

It’s only a problem if it was forced, done with threat, abuse or false promises from either of the one.

I don’t understand why every one is saying that the boy will face charges when the girl is also involved.
Ofc it must have been consensual.

That is a different case if it was forced and he did that with false promises of marriage..
