Having plates and pins inserted is a very painful process and the recovery and physiotherapy is more exhausting.
Around a year back, a bike guy made a illegal cross and hit my scooty. I was thrown off and had abrasions in my elbow and knees. Since it was superficial I didn’t think much of it. The next day I took a x ray and found a hairline fracture in my toe. The recovery was very painful and the guy got off with just paying a bribe of 500 rs.
You can let him go if it gives you mental peace. You might think that it the right thing to do but if he knew he made a mistake he would have come to apologise instead of his mother. You might be his first victim but if you don’t make him pay, you might not be his last. He knew he made a mistake and he has to pay for it.
