he took around 40-45 ish from bank and other is all cash from different people — I am worried mostly about them, such that if they don’t receive the money bank, they may make a scene later on. since one of them have been calling him constantly about paying back.

I only know about some of the loans that he took in my mother’s name, they were not big — only around 2–3 lakhs each. The other loans, he took himself were about 15–20 lakh ×2 from two different banks. I guess he is the only guarantor for that.
