Ask that person to show you that blank stamp paper to confirm if there is something written on it. Pior to this email to sbi asking if this is a part of the documentation and then go to the bank as per their response.

Exactly. Even I believe that the company wants to avoid giving severance pay for termination of employment due to the company being shut down. If you resign on your own then they have to only pay you for your notice period and gratuity if applicable.
