read the post , usne kha 4 saal pehle 15 ki thi aur ab 19 ki hogi ya fir 18 ki , POCSO fir bhi nhi lagega as 18 pe ham minor nhi rehte ind me

not possible as OP mentioned 4 years ago she was 15 and now X must be 19 , POCSO nahi lagega as she’s no more a minor . r@pe ka lag sakta hai , provided agar evidence ho but ladki ke case me uski bhi zarurat nhi .
