As a lawyer i can tell u..not to fret over this. The police won’t register a complaint at all over such frivolous incidents. Also, your neighbours did require a lot of permissions before hacking up a public road. U should threaten to file a complaint too.😂

Take all the records into ur custody. They will obviously object, but it’s ur right nonetheless. U can bring in an outside doctor for consultation. If there was a procedure or a surgery carried out, there would be the doctor’s notes for it. Try to get those. Show the records to a 2nd doctor and ask if there was medical negligence on the part of the performing doctor.
