Tell them to restrict their kid from going to balcony,you can smoke in your own space anytime,they think restricting their kid from seeing someone smoking will keep him pure ,this will further raise the bar for curiosity that why did mummy papa call police on those uncle in the balcony for just asking about what he was doing ,their child will be more curious slowly on what he was doing he will then stop trusting his parents and confide to his friends those friends will introduce him to tobacco and a ton of other shit and then his parents will go crazy.
