After 3 Pickup attempts, Amazon escalates it to a specialised team. The will investigate it for a few days and either process the refund or get pickup done through other means mostly it means that they will refund and let you keep the product.

You need to complete a minimum of 4 years and six months in a company to be eligible for gratuity. I was paid gratuity when I quit the company after 4 years and 8 months.
If the company is trying to fire you to not pay gratuity then they are stupid and you should just move
