They can use it at their will, unless some of your tech and the whole idea of it is patented.

I think relation wise he is your cousin, but still such a disgusting act of him. Did you confront him? As you both were minors I’m not sure if any serious legal actions can be taken. There isn’t also any evident proof of his actions I suppose. Best thing is to talk it out with him. And sees if he genuinely apologises. NAL

NAL here, but is it wrong if he lump transfers the money into another account, and the check bounces back due to insufficient funds.

Not much to say then, not like it was any sort of harassment or threat. And even they do press charges the reasons and proofs might be weak to get you in any trouble. I’ve never seen anyone go to the police for giving them academic advice and work.

Tbh if that guy was truthful and wasn’t drinking idts parents would mind. As it’s kind of the bars fault for allowing him without checking.

One you take it legal and get the bar blamed for allowing underage people and not providing any prior information regarding the age restriction.
