January 27, 2025 at 4:57 pmThey don’t have an email. I’ve been talking to them via their toll free number. I registered a complaint with National Consumer helpline today. Even they asked me for their email but I was like it’s not on their website, it’s not on their app. I’ve asked them on chat as well and they confirmed that they don’t have an email. Can only reach out to them via call or chat.UUser_26efecf2

January 27, 2025 at 11:53 amDo I need an email from Zara saying they have denied my refund before I file a complaint in Consumer court? Because I have been calling them and they just keep delaying it without giving a proper response. -
