It depends, how strong your parents are financially and education wise, what worst could happen is police involvement, and some threatening and harassment( if your parents feed money to police )
But if you are strong enough mentally no one can do anything. Just you have to be strong in any situation. And continue pursuing your dream whether it’s education or career development.
22k is good amount to leave a healthy and comfortable life.
