Yes, very sad. Is your brother out of jail yet? How is his case proceeding? And you and your friend should both complain against the she teams about the violence. Also, since both of you seemed to have your data deleted , you both should complain . All three of you should be there to support each other.

Honestly, don’t know how to help except say that your friend needs a lawyer. That’s all that can be done. Plus, he should take photographs of all the bruises etc from the thrashings and threaten to go public, that can help him maybe?
Btw, how is your own case going Op? I read that something similar happened to you too and you were thrashed and your phone was formatted too. Hope you and your friend get help and since you both are going through almost identical situations, you can support each other.

I noticed the same things lol! Started cackling. I mean, the breach of ethics, the fact that 498 most probably doesn’t apply here (I think it’s only for married women, if I am wrong i appreciate correction) and the land issue + dowry issue. Story writing should at least be believable.

Story writing competition hai, jo likhna hai likh do 😂. A lawyer starts telling a random guy intimate details of a case, if the is a real lawyer, he needs to be changed.

Ofcourse, a guy on reddit, who constantly posts about “how men are wronged” and “fake cases” , suddenly met a lawyer who told him everything about a case. Wow. I believe you. Also, was the lawyer there when the parties met? If not, usko itna kaise pata kaun sach bol raha hai?
