Have you got receipt for 3K when you paid for laptop bag,

Send email to customer service
Attach screenshot from their website and receipt and ask for refund

OP, FIR ans A police complaint will bring lot of stress for you as well ,
Try as other people suggested , Audio jammer or IR insulator etc

My dad taught me once , Never go to extend you need to go to police station or hire an advocate, till date following that
