I agree with your last point! Indian brands, especially the new ones, take their customers for a wild ride. Zero accountability and zero ethics.
Sad that dude to some of these pathetic companies, general customers lose trust with other brands as well.
Do screw them over. Do not let it go. Hold them responsible.
I did the same with Bajaj Finance, where I was charged an emi twice. They stopped responding to calls, emails, and whatnot. Went through the customer dispute and got my money back in 29 days.
But I was still not satisfied. I wanted to sue them. My lawyer friend advised me against it, stating it’s just not worth my busy schedule and energy. Also, our laws are not so string like the West.
