        NAL( A doctor here)

If USG scan showed beating Heart & no congenital abnormalities in the foetus & if there were fetal movements & Fetal Heart rate during examination, the doctor is very right in saying the child was healthy & alive.

No one can pinpoint the cause for low oxygen that lead to fetal death. Many causes for fetal death ultimately lead to low oxygen.( Low oxygen is a very non technical/vague term)
More than 50% cases of fetal deaths go without an unidentified cause.

Not aware about how the other doctor could say the child would have died almost a month ago. I am unaware of how he told the exact duration.

You can take the case legally if you want to.

Out of context: The very fact that you wanted to beat up a doctor without having the facts & only because you are emotional, sums up why most doctors want to leave this country or get done ‘n’ no of tests for double/triple confirmation (where patient parties blame the doctor for doing ‘unnecessary’ tests) & most doctors act disconnected with the patient parties.
