– your coverage is now expired and more than 3 months since it has expired.

– Apple doesn’t bullshit or waste your time. They are customer friendly and will likely call you back and help you out. Post an update here when u hear from them.

– If you got a new iphone you could have done a trade in.

I suggest that you go to your nearest official Apple Store – Gurgaon, Mumbai or Bangalore – and try there.

Have you gone to a different Apple service provider ?

Apple is usually committed to honoring their contracts unless your phone is really tampered with.

Also never buy iPhones from online retailers. Only buy directly from Apple.
