Check the other person’s bank statement. Cz in my case i paid someone and it failed and money was debited from my account. Then the other person said that he received the payment. It has been 3-4 months now, still the status showing failed. As the transaction failed it should be refunded within 72 hours but nothing happened. I complained about it to my bank also Paytm but no solution. As my bank is virtual bank(jio) no satisfactory response.
