Update: I guy checking my papers gave them to me and went somewhere. I took the papers directly to the Dy RTO and he said there was no problem with my paperwork and said I will get the number by tonight. Dodged a bullet there. The rto was chill and didn’t ask for any bribe but i think the guy who have me papers was. The face of the guy was so sad when I told him that DY RTO sir said there was no problem with my paperwork.

Went there at 12:30 as asked and now he says come at 3:30.

Is this MH 02 RTO? If yes, that RTO called me to the office on Monday because I submitted a digitally signed form 60 which is perfectly acceptable. Maybe to ask me for some bribe. Will update here on what happens.
