Thanks a lot for the reply. Their representatives were shit.I recorded the shampoo and posted a video on twitter (X) showing that it is clearly a fake while comparing it to the real bottle I own. They replied but kept delaying and dodging while saying they will be in touch.Another one of my products also got delivered the next day,which is supposed to be a 1 litre liquid detergent but I got a packet the size of my hand instead,so I recorded and sent that to them while opening and then and only then did they process it. They didn’t refund my money yet but it’s in process
