Im not a lawyer but i remember in a reel a lawyer said whenever you take a girl out to oyo or any lodge – the booking and payment has to be done in the name of the girl. If it was done by the guy, then she can use this as a proof in the future. So if you’re booking a hotel, then let it be in the girls name and the payment should be made by cash preferably and if it’s online payment then it MUST be done by the girl.
