This is a lame excuse to phish into someone’s account and cancel it altogether. If it’s personal reason then that should have been with him and his manager. Please don’t let this incident go unresolved.

NAL, Consult a lawyer, weigh your options. If its worth the hassle then go for it. I believe the case would be against Amazon in this case because the delivery guy is from amazon and represents Amazon in this situation. I still am unsure as to what the delivery agent stands to gain from cancelling the order?
