Looks like you are technically sound and clearing PIP from last 3 years why you are wasting your time in Deloitte. There is no point to fight with pigs in mud. In corporate sector from manager to HR to skip level all sometime behave like pig do my advice will be look opportunity outside also.

I don’t know how much power you have but seen so many small cases where people are getting killed due to road rage. Always keep patience life is more important than vehicles.
