It seems their goto excuse for not providing me refund is “bus operator provided a reasonable solution to me”. In my case, bus stopped at different location than the one showed in redbus, the bus driver didnt even pickup the call to whom i tried to contact he location multiple times well before the boarding time. Then the conductor called and waited only 2 minutes while I tried to reach the location mentioned by him which was 500 metres away. At the end, they refunded only 100 rupees, one-fifth of the ticket cost and closed the issue by saying bus operator provided a reasonable solution to me.
