Most of them via checks after taking personal loan. I think only 1-2L was cash

We sent a legal notice but they sent one back saying that it’s our fault that the building is not constructed and he’s facing losses due to this

I think it’s a legal contract. NAL so don’t know much. Also ver less exposure in the area. Everything is printed and signed on notary paper
