You should file a complaint with airtel first if you have proof of her accepting it, and be stern that you will take legal actions if they don’t get to the end of this. If you could get the name of the person she bribed that will be better. The law might favour women when it comes to stalking but you are a customer this clear breach of company’s obligation.
