      Very badly. He is getting support from friends and family. But it will take time to settle.
      The most bad thing is slow and tedious process. It is breaking him slowly. I am sensing a high chance of settlement out of court.

        Legally you can’t. Even if you have no contact with women, no body can stop a person from filing a case against you. It up to the jurisdiction to dismiss it at their discretion.
        My boss was targeted by some random woman who waltz into the office for no reason. He did not even see this women but she filed a case that he did some things to her outside of office. The time mentioned of the incident coinsides with a client meeting with many witnesses and a recording as it is zoom meeting. But still the process is slow and it’s still under investigation for 6+ months.
