I always recommend buying the apple laptop with apple care and letting the apple representative give complete demo. So issues like this can’t arise.

I wouldn’t trust your words as a third party I don’t get how a company will take your word for it.

Now considering your case is genuine you need to press on the reliance people and accept no third party repair. Also ensure that you got original apple care not the reliance resq one or you got fooled twice.

Not an issue of Apple and it’s services. Third party plus your leniency with the after sale checkup and lack of proactiveness. Hope you get it sorted out.

Over a year of using Mac that too pretty carelessly no such issues the mark you are talking about is oil of hand and dirt gathering on keyboard sticking to the glass surface careful alcohol wipe fixes that it’s a cleaning issue.
