Bro, I am talking about my great grandfathers property! My grandfather is also alive . My grandfather was not ready to give his father’s share(my great grandfather’s share) to my mom

After filing the case, my mother received her portion of the property!!

U don’t know the rules it seems. I myself have experienced this matter ! My mother got her share of her grandfather’s property when my grandfather was not ready to give the share to my mom!

You can easily win this case but it takes 2 to 3 years for that.

Also I am not arguing, I just told my experience

She have the right in her mother’s share. Kindly check the law again!
