Our leader and their organisation want to show the world they are very liberal like Israel which allows gay marriage and spun a narrative around they are better than there muslim counterparts as they penalize homosexual relationships . Our leader wanted to project that image in the west but he also knows going beyond the abrogating section 377 i.e marriage , is not accepted by their organisation and core voters
