I tried filing a complaint in the consumer court and waited it out.
Also got into a lot of heated back and forth arguments with Lenskart (on phone and also at their store). Finally they gave me my full refund.
This process took around a week. The whole time I was concerned about them stalling me till the expiry date in their refund policy.

But I just got a call from their store that they will update my query in a few days. Let’s see…
