Unfortunately, the backhanded way is to incentivize his hunt. Seriously, the cops are so hard-pressed when such cases of petty thefts are on the rise. Yet it takes a lot of resource and time when Cops prioritize their hunt to get the rapists, kidnappers and murderers.

However, I think the thief can be booked again through the APP with the address as the Police Station.

If she cancels then you have a legitimate complaint against her with the Company. If she comes, then she will get waxed by the Cop. In order to do this, you’ll have to take the cop into confidence by evidencing the proofs.
