You are one of the very few who understood my problem. Thank you.UMy issue as mentioned in the post, was that I paid full and he’s left the work incomplete. Why will he bring it up again ?
I have all evidences of all payments and all WhatsApp conversations as well as voice recordings of all audio convo.
UMaybe I wasn’t clear in my post but I paid full, and as mentioned in the very last line – plumber didn’t complete the work. BAs per him he didn’t receive the final 5k. Rather the person who’s upi address he had given to me told him (the plumber) that he didn’t receive the final 5k and plumber refused to complete till he received the final 5k. I had to get hold of another plumber and pay him extra to get the work done.U>Next time do not make payment to a third party. Should have paid the plumber and let him trf to who ever he wantsYeah bro.. lesson learnt.. I should have never made the second payment to that upi address and instead paid the plumber only.

Thank you.UIndeed, possibility can be anything including that both plumber and / or that Altaf fellow are lying. but what legal action can I take now is the question.UBro as I said in the post above, he is no longer picking my phone and answering my messages. Also the upi he had given was of someone else and that person is denying receiving the 3rd payment of 5k.BTW are you a lawyer ?
UThat’s all done and I have all info from my bank.. legally what I should do now that he is denying receiving any payment
