Police initially tries mediation among both parties for which they will tell him about the FIR and try to sort things out. Eventually he will be back home and go berserk.

I am a 29 y/o male. The property is in joint ownership and can’t be sold without father’s presence or need to wait for 7 years in which law presumes missing as dead. Yes, he is legally adopted. Please suggest if you know any good lawyers in Delhi.

Yes, dad flew to a different city and then disappeared from there the next day on his own. Was staying stressed due to money problems for some time.
