Click the three dots on top right and find the option Export chat… With media. Export it and back up to your email etc. And yes, take a few screenshots too. But that’s all, don’t panic

Assuming you both are adults, sex chats are usually two sided in nature and you probably have a copy of chats too (don’t tell me you deleted them), nobody is going to mess with you. Don’t worry, be brave.
