I get what you mean 🤣, although ” illiterate ” may be too harsh a word here, usually it’s just a lack of know-how and the ease of booking it via an agent which is why people do it…

I mean, do you use Blinkit / Swiggy / Zomato / Zepto ? Because I could make the same argument, why don’t you go get your food from the restaurant store, why are you paying these companies a delivery fee when the restaurant itself used to do it for free or you could get it yourself from the store?
