Lawyer here No they have. I legal case over your money. Moreover the bank has no legal right to freeze your a/c over an FIR. because the police cannot ask them to do that only a court can. So where ever you are immediately seek out a High court lawyer and file a case to quash the FIR and another to unfreeze the a/c immediately. Once unfrozen change your dumbass banker. The unfreezimg of your account should be an easy part the FIR might take some time to be quashed

Lawyer here, yes ask them to file an MACT case if they’re so adamant , if you have insurance then the insurance will cover the bill. Your bike will be seized but only for a week or two for the motor vehicle inspector to check for damage.
Consult a local lawyer and get his advice

It’s just 1500 rs take the L and move on this wasn’t a scam/fraud your brother blinded by his horniness willingly gave away money to a random person on the internet in the hopes of a nude video call, when there are literally millions of porn sites on the internet for free. It’s on him take this as a lesson and please don’t tell anyone you know about this. They’ll never let him live this down

Yes. And I can’t really say how much they’ll charge. Better to spend a few thousands now than go to jail unnecessarily, it’s possible that the enquiry is a typical one where the cops know that you’re as much of a victim as the lady who lost her money. But it’s always better to be safe than sorry. With an order from the High court in hand the enquiry and questioning will be a much more easier and comfortable affair

Yes get a lawyer before going to the police and file for an anticipatory bail before the High court of Karnataka and say that you’ve been falsely implicated and that you shall surrender before the police and comply with any investigation procedure , and to grant immediate bail in case of arrest what’s said above will be automatically be done by the lawyer anyway, don’t waste time do this fast. I’m a lawyer and we’ve done similar cases before
