      Sorry i am not familiar with the name change process. For my son, we just avoided all initials and double names right when we named him . A good lawyer or notary should be able to guide you on the process of name change.

        The long name is not a problem but will become a pain later . My suggestion is to get the passport right now with her name + father name + mother name in some order and then get her name changed formally to something simple and update the passport later. It is a problem with a lot of south indian people and I learnt it the hard way and simplified my son’s name without any initials.

        My wife has a similar name and we still struggle sometimes as different documents have slightly different names.. Simplify and your daughter will thank you later..

          Seriously..Walk away.. no car is so great that you need to bend to them. There are other similar cars in the market.

            Rti for passport related issues works. Similar happened to me more than 10 years ago. One rti and then I was asked to come to commissioners office and 2 days later passport in hand.

              Sorry to hear but you have been sold a timeshare. They will promise the moon and pressure you to sign the agreement. The only option left is for you to get out with the cancellation charges and take the loss. Consider it a learning. You can cancel any recurring payment on your card. It is not a fraud as you willingly entered into the agreement.
